What everything on screen means — feed, ranking labels, SP+, alerts and membership.
The home feed has two tabs. Filings shows SEC filings only (8-K, 10-Q, S-1…). News shows press releases and news from GlobeNewswire and Benzinga.
Non-filing events such as FDA approvals, contracts or earnings appear in the News tab. If something is missing from Filings, the company simply did not file with the SEC.
Bullish/Bearish/Neutral is an AI judgement. 'Detected' is the price at the moment we spotted the item; the 5m/30m/60m/next-day numbers are the actual move from that price.
Rankings (surge, drop, popular, turnover) refresh every 20 seconds. Labels are our signals:
SP+ is our own indicator built from daily price/volume flow. It scans liquid names daily and lists the top 50 by buying interest. Each stock page shows the score, grade (A to Caution), current signal and a 30-day timeline. It is a reference, not a buy/sell call.
The SP+ tab has two inner tabs: 'Flow signals' (daily-bar score list) and 'Live listing' (refreshed every minute) with presets only — 10-min flow, after-hours volume, accumulation list, accumulation in progress, news reaction — and a 'Custom' sheet for details. You see stocks with flow right now without any alert. Screen alerts (a 1-minute bar at N% of yesterday's volume, closing up) are saved separately in the inbox SP Alert+ custom settings.
At the top of a stock page, the 'At a glance' card (MAX) shows five lines: today's signals, catalyst (latest news/filing), supply (float, dilution filings in 180 days, 13D/13G, RegSHO), a pump check (micro-cap + bullish news within 48h + under $5 = pump risk; two or more dilution filings = dilution risk) and measured signal strength.
Below the chart, 'Live tape' (MAX) shows the buy-pressure gauge, a 60-minute trend and the last 20 trades (buy/sell colors, $10k+ trades highlighted) during pre, regular and after-hours. Buy/sell is a tick-rule approximation and quotes are level 1, so wall authenticity cannot be judged.
Rule-based push: get notified only when your conditions are met. Turn it on in the Alerts tab.
Favorite a stock to get its new filings and news pushed instantly. Limits: free 3, Starter 5, Plus 15, MAX 100. Manage kinds per device in My → device settings, including the 8:00 Today briefing.
Report (Today) summarizes the day's detections. Macro is auto-collected at 08:00 and 22:00 KST plus flash updates. 13F covers 24 major institutions; RegSHO is Nasdaq's daily threshold list.
Nicknames start as 'Pulse+number' and can be changed once every 60 days in My. Tag stocks, vote, repost and follow. Posts with 3 reports are hidden.
